To book a photoshoot, please complete the form below. Upon completion of the form you will receive a response from me within 48 hours. At the time of my confirmation, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due through PayPal to complete the reservation. Your specific time slot will be held for a 24-hour period in which the deposit must be made. Note that after this holding period, if the deposit has not been made, you may risk forfeiting your time. Photoshoots are booked on a first come, first served basis and time slots cannot be held without a deposit. Separate forms must be completed when booking multiple shoots. By filling out and submitting the form all models are granting permission to use their likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to printed and digital publications.
